This is a 3D print of a Pakicetus whale cranium, mandible, and forelimb. It is a cast made of plastic PLA filament and a coat of resin. It is painted to replicate a fossil skull and forelimb of Pakicetus, an extinct genus of whales that walked on land. The 3D print is mostly brown in color. The forelimb is in 3 parts and each part measures around 12 cm long. The cranium and mandible cast together measures around 25 cm x 10 cm x 13 cm in size.
